UK General Manager

James is a Chartered Accountant with a unique blend of corporate and SME experience. He founded a waste disposal business in 2003 offering FIBC alternatives, and has held senior roles in UK corporates driving growth and product innovation. James joined JMJ in early 2022.

As General Manager, James brings hands-on leadership across every facet of the business, from finance and IT development to facility management and customer engagement. His passion for meeting clients face to face, and developing new accounts, ensures JMJ remains responsive, agile, and customer-focused.

Yvonne Clark

Sales Account Manager

Yvonne has led JMJ’s builder merchant market for over 25 years, forging strong relationships across both corporate and independent channels. Her commitment to competitive pricing, reliable delivery, and consistently high product quality has made her a trusted partner throughout the industry.

With 25 years of experience managing JMJ’s builder merchant network, Yvonne is a trusted expert across the industry. Sales Manager

With over 27 years at JMJ, I bring deep operational and industry experience to the team. Prior to joining, I worked in the material handling sector, manufacturing bulk bag filling and discharge systems, as well as other processing machinery. This background has shaped a practical, solutions-driven approach that continues to support JMJ’s growth and technical excellence.

Simon is JMJ’s technical authority on FIBC applications, working closely with customers to tailor solutions to their specific needs. His extensive industry knowledge is matched only by the the expertise found at Codefine’s R&D facility in Hungary, ensuring clients receive reliable, high-performance products.

Rob brings nearly 25 years of dedicated service to JMJ as Logistics and Warehouse Manager. Prior to joining the company, he spent 21 years at Avon Cosmetics, where he held various roles, primarily focused on warehousing.
