Karim Klat

President

Karim has been an integral part of Codefine S.A. since 1989, based in Paris, France. As the President of Transpac USA from its inception, Karim meticulously oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring that customers receive unparalleled service and the highest quality packaging products.

Backed by a talented team in both the USA and Europe, Karim leverages his engineering expertise and extensive industry experience to provide vital technical support to his team and customers. Karim’s commitment to excellence is unwavering—he believes in delivering industry-leading packaging without compromise, constantly innovating and meeting customers’ needs with out-of-the-box solutions. His promise? You won’t be disappointed.

Greg Handrahan

Sr. Vice President

Since entering the FIBC industry in 1993, Greg has specialized in the Food and Pharma Grade sectors, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. Greg is always ready to assist anyone in the manufacturing process, from filling tech to customer service, emphasizing the importance of dignity and respect.

Outside of work, Greg enjoys the outdoors—hunting, fishing, golfing, and attending live events. A Division 1 College Baseball player and a member of the 1981 National Championship team, Greg values family above all, with his wife and daughters at the center of his life. He believes in the power of truth and brings his best to the best, as reflected in his leadership within Flexible Intermediate Bulk Container Association (FIBCA).

Lucas Kunk

Operations Manager

Since joining Transpac USA/Codefine in 2013, Lucas has immersed himself in the Bulk Bag business, gaining deep industry knowledge through hands-on experience. He manages inventories, logistics, and warehouse relationships, supports the sales team, and liaises with the Codefine technical team in Europe.

Lucas’s dedication to responsiveness and customer care is evident in every aspect of his work. A graduate of the University of Findlay with degrees in Business Management and Finance, Lucas was a Varsity Golf Team member and continues to stay active. Balancing his professional life with family time, Lucas is committed to finding solutions and currently serves as the Vice President on the Board of Directors for FIBCA.

Allan Duchon

Sales Manager

Allan has been a stalwart in the packaging industry since 1991, starting in the era of domestic bulk bag manufacturing. With a wealth of experience across various markets and industries, Allan has built a career on developing strong relationships and retaining clients. His positive attitude and relentless energy make him an invaluable asset to the Transpac USA team.

Allan, a graduate of Ferris State University, enjoys the outdoors, sports, and has a passion for golf. With a school teacher wife and two successful sons in finance, Allan values teamwork and brings his enthusiasm for life into every client interaction.

Emily Schulenberg

Regional Sales Manager

A graduate of Augustana College with a degree in Biology, Emily brings the same competitive spirit that earned her accolades in Women’s Lacrosse to her role at Transpac USA, which she joined in 2022. Emily has quickly established a diverse client portfolio, ranging from Food Grade to Agricultural and Mineral/Mining industries. She prides herself on fast response times, clear communication, and exceeding client expectations.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys time with her family, working out, and preparing health-conscious meals. Emily’s commitment to hard work and customer service makes her a trusted partner for her clients.

Amanda Bush

Inside Sales Manager

Amanda joined Transpac USA in 2023 as Inside Sales Manager, bringing over a decade of experience in sales and customer service. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa, Amanda excels at building and nurturing relationships through clear and open communication. She manages new orders, inventories, and provides critical support to the sales team.

Based in Palatine, IL, Amanda is passionate about yoga and exploring new culinary experiences in her free time. Her commitment to understanding and fulfilling client needs ensures that Amanda delivers exceptional service at every turn.
