President

Karim has been a key part of Codefine S.A. since 1989. As President of Transpac USA, he oversees daily operations, ensuring top-tier service and quality packaging. With engineering expertise and industry experience, he provides crucial support to his team and customers. Committed to innovation and excellence, Karim delivers cutting-edge solutions—guaranteeing satisfaction.

Greg Handrahan

Sr. Vice President

Since joining the FIBC industry in 1993, Greg has specialized in Food and Pharma Grade sectors, prioritizing customer satisfaction. He supports every stage of manufacturing with a focus on dignity and respect.

A former Division 1 baseball player and 1981 National Champion, Greg loves the outdoors and live events. Family comes first, and his leadership in FIBCA reflects his commitment to excellence and integrity.

Lucas Kunk

Operations Manager

Since joining Transpac USA/Codefine in 2013, Lucas has gained deep industry knowledge in the Bulk Bag business. He manages inventories, logistics, and warehouse relationships while supporting sales and liaising with Codefine’s technical team. A University of Findlay graduate and former Varsity golfer, Lucas stays active and values family time. As FIBCA’s Vice President, he is dedicated to customer care and finding solutions.

Allan Duchon

Sales Manager

Allan has been a leader in the packaging industry since 1991, building strong client relationships across various markets. His positivity and energy make him invaluable to Transpac USA. A Ferris State graduate, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and golf, bringing his enthusiasm into every client interaction.

Emily Schulenberg

Regional Sales Manager

A Biology graduate from Augustana College and former Women’s Lacrosse standout, Emily joined Transpac USA in 2022. She has built a diverse client portfolio across Food Grade, Agriculture, and Mining industries, known for her responsiveness and clear communication.

Outside work, she enjoys family time, fitness, and healthy cooking. Dedicated and customer-focused, Emily is a trusted partner to her clients.

Amanda joined Transpac USA in 2023 as Inside Sales Manager, bringing over a decade of sales and customer service experience. With a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Iowa, she excels at relationship-building and managing orders and inventories.
